 John Kay MA
John Kay is Director of Change Management in the network based in Transforming Business at the University of Cambridge. He studied Natural Sciences and Management Studies at Cambridge University before working in the early implementations of IT in ICI and Shell. Since then he has been a manager and partner of PA Consulting Group, one of the world’s leading management and technology consulting companies.
These roles have given John extensive experience in delivering high performance organizations, managing change, coaching business leaders and optimizing intellectual and human capital. In Transforming Business he draws on this background, focusing on how innovative and entrepreneurial businesses can most effectively build and reinforce the institutional, relational, moral and spiritual dimensions of social capital. |
