Dr Rick Goossen is Director of Enterprise Research in the network based in Transforming Business at the University of Cambridge. With experience as a company lawyer, serial new venture founder, and strategic advisor to high growth companies, he has a particular interest in the application of ethical and spiritual values in entrepreneurial contexts. He has published four collections of interviews with entrepreneurs under the title Entrepreneurial Leaders. His other books include Entrepreneurial Excellence and E-Preneur: From Wall Street to Wiki. Rick is also CEO of MakeGood Technologies and is Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Leaders at Trinity Western University.
